I absolutely LOVE Yoga!!  It's not only great for toning the body, but it requires mindfulness of your body, a form of meditation, and embodiment all in one exercise.  Personally, I love doing yoga at home, but I also recommend either visiting a class or using a video to ensure that your form is correct until you get the hang of it.

I just discovered a yoga program because I was looking for ways to "mix up" my yoga practice to keep my body guessing and toning in all of the right places.  What I found is a wonderful program called Yoga Burn
